Ainsley Sagal
FOUNDER · LEAD DESIGNER
It all began with a love of home — the understanding that home isn't just a space, it's the place where your life happens. Where you decompress, where you entertain, where the people you love spend their days. That belief is at the core of everything I design.
I bring a meticulous eye for detail and a deep commitment to understanding each client's vision before a single decision is made. For me, good design isn't about following trends — it's about creating spaces that feel entirely, unmistakably yours.
As an NKBA member with hands-on experience in CAD, space planning, and 3D visualization, I produce all technical documentation in-house — from space plans and detailed drawings through to 3D visuals that show you exactly what your finished space will look like before construction begins. What I design, I document. Nothing gets lost in translation.

Most people don't realize how much happens — or needs to happen — before construction begins. Permits, feasibility, budgets, professional coordination, municipality requirements. It's a lot to navigate, and most homeowners are doing it alone for the first time.
With a background in hands-on building, project management, and CAD, I bridge the gap between the design world and the construction world. I know how builders think, what trades need to do their best work, and where projects go sideways when the planning hasn't been done right.
My goal is simple — to make sure every client we work with walks into their build feeling informed, confident, and fully prepared for what comes next.
