1.5 hour in person consultation to review vision, budget, scope details, pinterest boards, review questionnaire, and discuss what is and isn’t possible within budget.

Let’s create a full home color pallet
We’ll also determine finish color for fixtures (ei: Matte Black, Chrome, Stainless Steel, Gold, Brushed Nickel, etc).
Then we’ll select a wood tone/color - please note this color may depend on wood selection.

One General theme for main spaces.

If you’re a highly visual person you can add 3D visuals on to your package for an additional cost.
Permits
We can do them in house so you don’t have to find another vendor. The more we can support you with the better we can stay on time and budget.
Procurement
Includes quoting, purchase orders, tracking orders, inspecting items.
Contractor Selection & Bidding
If you haven’t found the builder you want to work with yet, we can help align you with the right fit to get the job done right.
Space Planning
Need a newly purchased home re-configured? We can do that!
Additional Design Inspection Meetings
If your builder provides a timeline that is longer than expected or the build runs longer, we can add on additional meetings to ensure we follow through to the end.
Take-Off’s
We can provide full take-off’s for all finishes and fixtures to get you and your builder up and running faster.
Project Management
If you want to have someone walking your build with a build eye and not just a design eye, we can do Project management and ensure everyone is staying on time.

In Home Consult
This 1 Hour In-Home consultation is a chance to meet with Ainsley and discuss your home, vision and goals. We’ll get to see your space first hand and help you determine what may or may not work within the space. It also allows you to ask questions about the design process and any concerns you might have.
This consult is best for those who might not have worked with a designer before and are looking to get to know us before moving forward, it allows us to see the space, you to meet us, and us to be able to put together a design proposal with our services and fees.

Space Planning
If you’re not sure what you can do with your space and want to have a professional explore the best options that are feasible, then look no further than our space planning service.
Whether its a bathroom, kitchen, or full home, we can get creative and play with different layouts and help you see the different options.
Our focus is on optimal flow and function and how your home can work better for you. We aren’t architects or engineers so all plans are offered as design intent only.
Starts at $500
Color Consultation
Elevate your space with colour (even if it’s neutrals!). We’re an Internationally Certified Color Consultant and love working with paint and finishes.
We provide guidance to create a cohesive and visually appealing colour scheme for your home. If you’re looking to Enhance your home in subtle ways, or maybe you need a full interior paint pallet, we can provide you with a well thought out pallet. Our personalized colour consultation service ensures you have harmonious flow throughout your space.

What Comes Next?

Choose Your Package
Choose one of the Packages offered and send us an inquiry via our form outlining your project scope. Then book either a discovery call or In Person Home Visit.

Project Proposal
Then we will put together a project proposal which will outline the scope, package inclusions, process, payment schedule and final fee schedule and a contract.

Project Initiation
Finally we will send you an invoice for deposit. Once we receive your deposit, we will book you in for the Initial Consultation and start designing!
